Job description
Responsibilities:
• Team management
• Taking care of assigned customer accounts
• Ensure the tickets are logged as per the SLA
• Coordinating with Engineers and partners for scheduling the call • Spare part Transactions follow up with an internal-external team
• Call Closure as per the TAT.
• Preparing Daily and Monthly MIS and sharing with the internal and external team.
