Job description
Our client is a leading global provider of system firmware and software engineering services for companies in Real Estate Businesses, Global Financial Services and private Lending and Venture Capital Markets with Research, Product Development and Advisory Services. They are committed to helping its customers bring their products to market faster while reducing overall system development costs.
They are looking for Principal Consultant - Oracle HRMS and Payroll - Techno Functional with the following:
• Individual will have total 10 to 20 years of experience with 7+ years in Oracle HRMS and Payroll.
• Must have done minimum 5 end-to-end implementation in Oracle HR, Selfservie, PMS and Payroll.
• Must have experience setting up UAE Payroll
• Must have experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 - Oracle Core HR, Oracle Payroll, PMS, SSHR, absence management, PL/SQL, Fast Formula, Oracle Workflow, XML/RDF Reports, Oracle Interfaces, Payroll Processing, Prepayment, Costing & Transfer to GL.
• Programming experience in creating Procedures, Functions, Packages and others database objects using SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience in analysis, design, testing and implementation of business systems involving Oracle HRMS Applications R12.
• Expert knowledge in Payroll Integration for H2H, HRMS Data Conversions.
• Technical knowledge in financial modules is an additional advantage.
• Work Location: Work from Home - India
• Budget: Not a constraint for right candidate.
