Job description

Position : UI/UX Designer

Working days (5 days Hybrid: Monday to Thursday work from home : Friday work from office)

We should prioritize candidates with strong hard skills in UX research, wireframing, and prototyping, rather than just focusing on design.

As a user experience designer, you must have

5+ years

of experience designing for software at scale. You should be comfortable working across multiple applications and design sets. You should love the craft of software development, and be excited to bring your best work to the team. You should be self-motivated, always willing to learn, and ready to share what you learn with others. You should be comfortable working on a small team where the quality of your work will have a significant impact.

Note : Excellent communication skill is mandatory for this position as candidate has to work closely with US team.

The following technologies and skills are required for this role:

· Experience with Figma design software · Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator · Thorough understanding of typography, layout, color, and user interface · Practical understanding of HTML5 and CSS · Awareness of web application best practices and compliance specification

Responsibilities:

· Design easy-to-use, intuitive user experiences and interfaces for a variety of projects and applications · Collaborate with product manager to translate business requirements into practical product designs · Communicate designs and collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are feasible and standards are followed · Develop and maintain design wire-frames and specifications · Design web images such as logos and icons for in-product use as well as for marketing use. · Keep current with industry trends and competitor products, and communicate design prototypes and ideas to developers · Comparing the user experience of existing applications and working to design better alternatives
