Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements, discuss project scope, and ensure client expectations are met.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team members have the resources and support needed to succeed.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and issues in projects and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
- Work closely with team members to address challenges and find effective solutions.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with the testing team to ensure thorough testing processes are followed, and the quality of deliverables meets client expectations.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the web design and development industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Clickup).
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
