We are looking for a talented and ambitious founder for one of our portfolio companies who can lead our startup from the ground up. You will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and direction of the company, as well as building and managing a team of experts in AI, biotechnology, and business development.

Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with a background of at least 3 years in programming IoT devices and configuring SCADA systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in capturing sensor data from IoT devices, configuring SCADA systems using OPC UA/DA, and working with communication protocols such as Modbus and LoRa for data transmission between devices in environments without internet connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Programming IoT Devices:
- Develop and implement software for IoT devices to capture sensor data.
- Ensure the seamless integration of sensors and data acquisition systems.
2. SCADA System Configuration:
- Configure and maintain SCADA systems for effective monitoring and control.
- Utilize OPC UA/DA for data communication and integration with various devices.
3. Protocol Implementation:
- Hands-on experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, LoRa, etc.
- Implement and optimize protocols for efficient data transfer between devices without internet connectivity.
4. System Integration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT devices and SCADA systems into larger infrastructures.
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability with existing systems.
5. Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Identify and resolve issues related to IoT devices, SCADA systems, and communication protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proven experience in programming IoT devices and integrating sensors for data capture.
- Strong proficiency in configuring SCADA systems, utilizing OPC UA/DA protocols.
- In-depth knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, LoRa, etc.
- Experience working in environments where internet connectivity may be limited.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
