Job Description Key responsibilities • Strategy development – collaborate with cross functional teams to develop automation strategies aligned with clients’ existing automation efforts within the account. • Data Analysis – Utilize advanced tools like python, PowerBI to gather, analyze, and interpret data. Derive actionable insights to enhance CRM side of operations performance for Concentrix. • Continuous improvement – Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization within the process based on analysis / process understanding / mapping / brainstorming, etc. • Cross functional collaboration – Work closely with stakeholders across departments (Continuous improvement, operations, products, etc.) to integrate data insights into decision making process. • Guide and help in Dashboard creation – Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using PowerBI to track business metrics, providing real-time visibility into customer sentiment and operational effectiveness. • Leadership & mentorship – Must have experience in training and coaching junior staff members for providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of learning and development within the analytics & automation function.
Skillsets • Experience – Minimum 10+ years in Data engineering / automation field with at least 3 years specifically focused on driving data automation, data engineering, design thinking areas. • Problem-solving – Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and drive impactful changes based on process findings. • Leadership – Proven track record in managing projects & senior stakeholders, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and leading a team having technical skills. • Technical skills – High proficiency in languages like SQL / Python / SAS, Tools like PowerBI mandatory., Knowledge of data engineering is required. experience with Azure will be an added advantage. • Communication – Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data / process insights into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
