Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented email marketing Manager to administer our email marketing program. You will be responsible for creating the original script and go through the database. You will be responsible for selection of the contents for circulation so as to get the higher responses.

You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. As a Email marketer, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our email marketing programs to drive awareness and engagement across the Target account List (TAM).

Responsibilities

- To lead a team of 5 or more analysts/ Sr. Analysts.

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to improve awareness and drive traffic. - Help implement the marketing plan and identify best opportunities for lead generation. - Ensure marketing activities are consistent with company brand and aligned with business development efforts.

- Determine the best layouts to generate most opens and clicks in the inbox. Serve as a guide to internal stakeholders to ensure campaign success.

- Share strategies to increase opt-in (decrease opt-out), attain high deliverability, and how to design an effective e-mail message or campaign incorporating the brand and ongoing online marketing strategy.

- Encourage adoption of e-mail tactics such as personalization, dynamic content, tracking, targeting and assist in creating more complicated email campaigns as needed.

- Measure the results of all campaign activity and ensure suitable controls are in place. Analyzes data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation, product teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making.

- Work in partnership with the rest of the marketing team to develop and implement life cycle campaigns, including campaign planning and design, targeting criteria selection, list management, campaign health monitoring and post campaign analysis.
