Job description
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, covering standalone and orchestrated solutions, products & frameworks
- Write easy-to-understand Test cases, High Level designs, user reference documents, deployment and support guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users/automation consumers use the automation bot library
- Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information (document management) architecture
- Technical vetting of documents created by the development community
- Ensuring that the overall project documentation is in top shape
Primary Skills
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software/automation documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying critical attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and technical/architectural diagrams
- Excellent written skills in English in technical context
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong working knowledge on SDLC and software development practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Secondary Skills
- Has in-depth infrastructure automation documentation knowledge
- Has a level of expertise on IT Product/Service Document Management practice
