Reverse Logistics and Last Mile Courier transportation for B2B Business
A) Handling DC Operation and Last Mile Courier transportation: -1. Ensure Store returns are processed on the same day of receipt of stocks from the Stores. 2. To ensure timely clearance of QDN/RTV stocks from the DC. 3. Ensure that the stocks received from Stores are updated in the system as per the parameter set. 4. Ensure that DC while returning stocks from DCs to Vendor follows the processes. 5. To coordinate with Internal SO team, concern stores, and Vendors to ensure smooth flow of Reverse Logistics process. 6. Coordination between accounts, stores & vendors for any issues account reconciliation. 7. Interact with DCs & ensure that they follow all the processes strictly as per SOP. Conduct regular trainings. 8. To ensure 100% availability of the PODs for the stocks dispatched from DC. 9. To assist the DCs in resolve their day-to-day issues 10. Clearance of the Old season Merchandise post EOSS within 1 month every quarter from Hold Zones through SAV and Bulk Sale. 11. To ensure the Hold Zone Inventory is being cleared on a monthly basis from all DCs. 12. Clearance of the payments within 1 month of Invoice raised to the transporters. Quarterly reconciliation to be done to avoid delay in payment release to the transporters. 13. Raise Monthly Debit Request for Freight cost to be recovered from Vendors within 1 month of the Invoice getting raised by the courier partner 14. Monthly Review with the Courier partner to ensure the Courier partner TAT is >95%. 15. To conduct self-audit in DCs on a monthly Basis. Implement and Monitor 5S in DC 16. Ensure internal and external audits have zero repetition. B) Analysis and Reports: 1. Should highly proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel. 2. To manage SCM information Zone for DC reports related to Reverse Logistics 3. To continuously conduct System audits for DC function and resolve issues if any. Monitor and analyze the monthly DC performance. To analyze the audit reports in the DCs & get the required clarifications from the DC. To analyze the DC reports to ensure that the DC Performance is as per Parameter set. To monitor the transfer discrepancies in Transfers received at the DC. Circulate the Dashboard on a weekly basis highlighting the Reverse Logistics performance. C) Other activities: 1. To co-ordinate with different departments at the time of EOSS returns To arrange Training for the new recruits in DC in Reverse Logistics. Conducting Monthly reviews of DC team.Job tags
