Responsible for full cycle recruitment activities, including job posting, pre-screening, testing, interviewing, negotiating, reference check and hiring process.
Screening resume and selecting the best fit sending to Line Manager
Handle candidate sourcing and pre-screening to match qualified candidates with position requirement.
Identify and build social content that reaches and engages with target candidates across different social media channels
Update recruitment reports to strategic group everyday
Who You Are
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment function.
Excellent communicator and well-organized.
Good interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, service minded.
