Position : Sales Manager


CTC : 4 LPA Incentives Bonus



Education : Any Graduate


Experience : 3 to 4 years experience in sales or marketing any field



Job Description :


Conduct client consultations to understand financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products.


Generate leads through networking and marketing efforts.


Assist clients with policy applications documentation and underwriting processes.


Build and maintain strong client relationships providing ongoing support and conducting policy reviews.


Adhere to industry regulations company policies and ethical standards.



Candidates Requirements :


Bachelors degree in any stream


Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 3 Years


Outstanding communication presentation and leadership skills


Excellent organizational and time management skills


Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
