Job description
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage prospective B2B clients for our flagship products
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
Client Management:
- Nurture and maintain relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans for client acquisition and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align partnership activities with overall company objectives.
Partnerships Dealing:
- Identify and build relationships with potential partners in the fintech and edtech space.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to expand our reach and enhance our product offerings.
- Work closely with legal and other relevant teams to ensure partnership agreements are mutually beneficial and compliant.
Skills and Qualifications:
1 year of professional experience: While not mandatory to have a background in sales, candidates should have at least one year of experience in a relevant field.
Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the fintech or edtech space is a must, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics and key players.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills to contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and partner engagement.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges and propose creative solutions to meet client and company objectives.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
