Business Finance Manage (CA) Background of the Candidate :
Looking for Proficient Chartered Accountant (CA) to take on a pivotal position in our Business Finance team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategies and decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will include analysing financial data, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance
with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities: 1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and enable organisation in achieving its goals.
2. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and enhance financial performance.
3. Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
4. Take a significant part in financial forecasting and planning initiatives, actively monitoring the business's progress and identifying and addressing variances
from set goals.
Requirements :
1. CA with 1-3 years of relevant experience in business finance or financial analysis.
2. Proficient in financial modelling and forecasting to support strategic decision-
making.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex financial
concepts to diverse stakeholders.
4. Knowledge of data visualization tools like
Tableau ,
Power BI is a plus.
