Job description

Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and manage a team.

- Daily Visit market place

- Set and monitor sales targets for agents.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents.

- Develop strategies to motivate and incentivize agents.

- Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.

- Foster a positive team environment within the agency channel.

- Collaborate with other departments for seamless coordination.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on channel performance.
