We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate leads. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in creating and executing effective digital campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to make data-driven improvements.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure successful implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in branding, marketing, and design.
  • Guiding and managing product website, driving the direction of content, campaign initiatives etc.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
