KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing strategies for both external and internal communication
Preparing briefings for issues and key priorities ahead of stakeholder and trade association meetings, or other events.
Executing proactive communications & campaigns across all owned channels and media, including trade media, to build and promote corporate reputation
Supporting reputation management processes across both corporate and brand issues.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and teams in the business
Creating and verifying company documents
Approving the production of a broad range of content ( website pages, social media posts, newsletters, blogs, videos, email templates, google ads, etc)
Monitoring all social media contents regularly
Building customer loyalty programs
Working closely with an organisation s marketing department
Preparing training materials such as ppt, google document and presenting information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
Identifing and capitalizing on oppurtunities to promote and positively represent the organisation through effective communication and public relations
Preparing and delivering presentations in the company to share information
