Role Description

This full-time hybrid role as a Principal Human Resources Consultant involves collaborating with clients to manage human resources policies, employee relations, HR management, and labor and employment law. The consultant will help clients to develop HR strategies and support them in achieving their goals. This position will be located in Surat with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 - 12 years of experience in Human Resource is a must
• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies knowledge
• Experience with Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines
• MBA / PG Diploma in in Human Resource from a premier institute
• Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus

The candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and an ability to build effective relationships. Experience in a consulting environment or HR leadership role is highly desirable.
