We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse (Female) to join our Hospital & Health Care team. As a Staff Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. Responsibilities:
- Assessing patients health conditions and implementing appropriate nursing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients vital signs and documenting their progress
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
- Ensuring compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate medical records
- Participating in continuous education and training programs to enhance nursing skills
Qualifications:
- ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing degree from a recognized institution
- Valid nursing license and registration
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Nurse
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
