Job description
ERP Lighthouse Management Oversee the administration, configuration and optimization of our ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related issue promptly Oracle SQL Expertise Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction, reporting and analysis. Ability to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity Experience in handling large datasets and managing database security User Training and Support Develop Comprehensive training programs for end-users ,ensuring they understand they understand system functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support, addressing user queries and resolving issues promptly Conduct workshops and training sessions as needed User manuals and Documentation Create detailed user manuals, process documentation and standard operating procedures knowledge Maintain an up- to- date knowledge base for the ERP system Collaborate with the technical writers to produce clear and concise documentation Skills Required Strong ERP Knowledge – Familiarity with ERP systems,modules and their integration Oracle SQL Proficiency – Ability to write efficient SQL queries and troubleshoot database related issues Training and communication skills – Required to educate end – users Documentation Expertise – Experience in creating user manuals,SOP’s and process documentation
