Genres has its own in-house setup for creative Graphics Designing, Animation, and Film Production to deliver the best creative solutions for its clients.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Genres located in Koraput. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with the creative team to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development and Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and build customer relationships
- Knowledge of the Advertising & Event promotion industry
- Excellent negotiation and pitching skills
- Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Experience in a creative agency is a plus
