About The Team The Capital Markets AI/ML CoE and Automation CoE are helping us drive revenue and bring significant savings to our businesses by identifying, exploring, and implementing AI/ML and Automation (RPA - Robotic Process Automation) solutions. The teams consist of highly motivated solution architects, data scientists, ML engineers, business analysts and RPA engineers.
What You Will Be Doing Leading the AI/ML and Automation CoEs is an opportunity to drive adoption of cutting-edge AI/ML and RPA solutions across the organization.
You Will Have The Opportunity To - Create and own the technical roadmap in alignment with business priorities, and provide thought leadership to business lines on technology adoption and innovative solutions
- Liaise across the organization and with business and technology leaders to showcase CoE capabilities, and to generate more business benefit
- Drive the Governance, Operating and Delivery model
- Enable teams with the hub and spoke model, build communities, and be responsible for Capital Markets business outcomes for AI/ML and Automation
- Create and drive future vision, with planning and business justification for hiring
- Develop Teams capability and knowledge including Tools Capability
What You Bring Knowledge / Experience/ Skills
- 18+ years of work experience
- 12+ years in managing full lifecycle development projects including 2+ years of experience in managing AI/ML and Automation projects
- Experience in working in global setup with a strong background on partnering and influencing direct, indirect reports and peers
- Ability to think strategically around customers, business, solutions, products, and technical challenges around AI/ML and Automation
- Excellent people management skills. Motivating, setting right expectations, and ensuring the delivery is in line with expectations
- Ability to hire, build competencies and upskill team members
Added bonus if you have
- Hands-on experience in building and training ML models
- Experience in running an Automation practice
- Experience with the CI/CD pipeline
- Knowledge of FIS' products and services and the financial services industry
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Good to have done at least online course(s) on ML or allied topics
- ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable
