Job Overview
We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager for our company, BLOOFIELD MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLP. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. You will oversee and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients and employees. This is a full-time position located in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping management or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of facility management and housekeeping practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and management.
- Proficiency in managing housekeeping operations, including scheduling, inventory, and budgeting.
- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff.
- Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Create and implement housekeeping schedules, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Monitor and inspect the cleanliness of facilities, including rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Oversee the inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Develop and enforce cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
- Respond to and resolve customer complaints and requests regarding housekeeping issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordination and efficiency in facility maintenance.
- Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management.
