Role Overview: As an IT Projects Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of our cutting-edge IT solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and resources, and ensure the highest quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: · To effectively manage medium-high risk and medium-large scale projects/programs, that would deliver against the Company Plan or Contact Centre Objectives. · Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. · Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans to guide team activities. · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business colleagues, technical teams, and senior management. · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. · Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment. · Monitor client satisfaction and identify service improvement plans to address with the immediate service delivery team · Proven experience in IT service delivery management, with a focus on escalations resolution of complex issues. · Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL. · Experience in participating in the resolution of critical incidents and coordinating with cross-functional teams. · Relevant certifications, such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, or related certifications, are highly desirable · Ability to educate a non-technical audience about various security measures · Develop and implement short and long-term tactical plans to deliver support requirements to the line organization and achieve expense and services revenue targets: · Integrate tactical plan with operational excellence · Integrate improvement plans and support plans · Integrate resources, staffing and development requirements

Service Management · Monitoring and managing desktop support, IT services desk, and VIP support functions to ensure optimal service · Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand · Analyzing third-party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization

Need to Have · Bachelor’s degree in any stream or related field. · 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the IT industry. · Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. · Solid technical background, with knowledge of software development technologies and tools. · PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
