Job description
Position Title: Solution Architect Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Reports to: Chief Architect

Our Architects form part of the software leadership team that leverages their experience and technical knowledge to help achieve business and technology outcomes. We need critical thinkers, problem solvers and team players who enjoy their tradecraft can work collaboratively across multiple teams within Tally Group. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership : Technical leadership working with Product Owners and Scrum teams. Excellent engagement skills with stakeholders establishing and building strong relationships. Active listening skills. Facilitate work between teams. Coaching and mentoring. Solution Architecture: Design of major pieces of the platform. Design aligned with Well-Architected Frameworks and Enterprise Integration Patterns. Architect reliable, scalable solutions on the cloud (preferably Azure) and work with teams through delivery. Experience in creating/maintaining design related artefacts e.g. architecture diagrams (preferably C4), data flow diagrams, data models, etc.. Provide architectural direction to Scrum teams on design matters for the core product and for client projects. Ensure alignment between solution implementation with architecture and functional requirements. Be an intermediary between technical teams and business. Translate specs to deliverable outcomes. Work with the core product team to create new product components and improvements. Cloud monitoring and optimisation (preferably Azure). Engage in planning, design, and technical discussions. Work in an agile development environment - delivery focus to achieve team goals within sprint timeframes. You will also be required to perform such other duties and responsibilities required by the Company from time to time. Experience Required: Architecture and design of cloud-native systems Familiarity with distributed services, event-driven patterns, and domain design desirable Proven history across the Microsoft stack and cloud related technologies. Experience in delivering end-to-end outcomes and able to articulate these into meaningful business outcomes. Other custom SaaS / multitenant / enterprise type software. Experience in Jira, Confluence, Github, Azure Devops and modern dev tooling is desirable. Demonstrated experience across both web and application development with a focus on the below technologies and frameworks. Azure .NET, C#, SQL React JS, TypeScript Entity Framework/Dapper Qualifications Required: Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science / Software Engineering beneficial.
