Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - Learning & Development.

In this role, you will be responsible along with the vertical L&D leader for devising and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing, and executing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on performance.

Responsibilities

. Project handle the upskilling agenda for the Operating team.

. Being proactive in understanding the training Gaps and working on implementing the L&D Programs effectively to fill the gaps.

. Training initiative for the Operating teams - Project management, change management, communication, connecting with stakeholders for feedback and driving the adherence of the initiatives.

. L & D Analytics and bringing up to the leadership on where are we and where are we supposed to be.

. Working on the efficiency, effectiveness, evaluation of the L&D initiatives.

Qualifications we seek in you!


Minimum Qualifications


. Any Graduate, preferably - MBA with relevant experience.

. Should have experience working as L&D partner in a professional service firm

. Relevant experience in executing and scaling leadership development programs.

. Should be aware of new-age learning (digital, just-in-time/micro-learning, blended)

. Good data analysis, excel skills & possess good expertise in L&D analytics (Ability to analyze, interpret and share insights)

. Strong influencing skills to engage with business leaders and partners thoughtfully and successfully.

. Excellent verbal and written skills
