ABOUT THE ROLE:

Project Managers at TransCurators are highly motivated individuals, take full ownership of Client projects, and coordinate our writers to curate and deliver Contents according to client needs.

They are therefore expected to have experience in the content industry, good communication skills, the ability to work across teams, be self-driven, and have the capacity to handle pressure situations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with clients and helping them with fulfilling their content requirements.
• Maintaining contact with existing clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and emails.
• Developing strategies to find a competitive edge and delivering high quality content.
• Making a daily report of clients contacted and their responses.
• Promoting the company
• Working with a team of writers, assigning work and keeping a track of their work.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, business administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in the content industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated interest in project management through coursework, extracurricular activities, or prior internships.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

● Telephonic Round

● Group Discussion

● Personal Interview round with HR Managers and Team Leads

DURATION:

3-4 Months of Internship. Post 6 months of Internship, a full-time position will be offered.

LOCATION:

● Candidates must be willing for a Full-time In-Office internship in Delhi.

Office Location: T-93, Fourth Floor, DK House Gautam Nagar, Near Gulmohar Park Community Center, New Delhi, 110049.

INCENTIVES:

• A certificate of internship completion will be issued after the internship.
• LOR Based on individual performance.
• Stipend of 8-10k on monthly basis
• Pre Placement Offer will be based on the student's overall performance at the end of the internship with CTC 4-6 LPA.
