Our company designs, manufactures and constructs pre engineered steel buildings and metal building systems. We provide complete building solutions for commercial, industrial, warehouse, aviation, retail, housing and other applications.
Role Summary:
The Pre Engineered Building Sales Manager will be responsible for selling pre engineered steel buildings and related products/services to new and existing clients. You will develop solutions that meet customer requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential new clients and build a robust sales pipeline
- Consult with clients to understand their facility and functional requirements
- Design pre-engineered building solutions including appropriate materials, dimensions and layout
- Prepare proposals and quotations with pricing, delivery timelines, terms and conditions
- Negotiate and close sales deals with purchasing agents, facility managers etc.
- Continuously develop product and industry expertise to promote offerings
- Make sales visits, give project presentations and attend industry networking events
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,
- 15+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in pre-engineered buildings
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, design and construction
- Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit etc.
- Ability to read and understand structural drawings and building specs
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work extended hours as needed
