Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Lucknow. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing social media campaigns, creating social media content, developing digital marketing strategies, and communicating effectively with clients and team members. The Specialist will also be responsible for analyzing social media data to optimize campaigns and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Content Creation:

• Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing goals.

Community Engagement:

• Build and maintain a strong online presence on key social media platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels.

Social Media Advertising:

• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to support marketing objectives.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance based on key metrics.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance indicators and insights.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Coordinate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
• Digital Marketing and Marketing skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create effective and engaging social media content
• Experience in analyzing social media data to optimize campaigns
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus
• Familiarity with social media management tools
