Job description
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
1. Preferably Bachelors degree with 3-8 years experience in IP/MPLS L2/L3 support.
2.Experience with Nokia SROS (SR12, SR7, etc.)
3.Experience in Fault and Configuration Management.
4.Expertise in troubleshooting and service provisioning.
5.Experience in NSP and optical (WDM) will be an advantage.
6. Strong Customer facing
7.Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
