Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator with a strong background in system administration, incident/problem resolution, and a focus on security solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deploying and maintaining Trend Micro Antivirus - Deep Security, Tipping Point, and possess a comprehensive understanding of Networking and IT Infrastructure. The role requires proactive troubleshooting skills, the ability to handle non-compliant servers, and a keen eye for automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Administration:
Perform day-to-day system administration tasks, including server maintenance, user management, and system monitoring.
Conduct incident and problem determination, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime.
2. Security Solutions:
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Trend Micro Antivirus - Deep Security and Tipping Point solutions.
Address non-compliant servers promptly, ensuring a secure IT environment.
Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.
3. Troubleshooting and Automation:
Conduct troubleshooting for agent installation, upgrades, and patch updates.
Identify and implement automation opportunities for deploying agents across multiple systems.
4. Networking and IT Infrastructure:
Collaborate with the networking team to ensure seamless integration and functionality of IT infrastructure.
Monitor and optimize network performance for efficient data flow.

5. Communication:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, end-users, and other stakeholders.
Document and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
