Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales at Your First Job. The primary responsibilities of the Head of Sales will include managing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and overseeing all aspects of the sales process. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Sales Management experience
• Account Management and Team Management abilities
• Demonstrated success in Sales
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Should have Worked in IT Sector or Experience in Sellng IT Products
• Should be from Corporate Sales Background

Salary- 10 to 15 LPA + other benefits
