Job description
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment End to End Process .
- Should have good experience in working with both Fulltime and Contract Positions.
- Should have experience in Sourcing using various job portals Like Naukri/LinkedIn.
- Strong experience in working with Jr/Sr/Manager level requirements.
- Experience in Scheduling interviews via Telephonic/F2F/Virtual Mode.
- Should have good knowledge of Technical/IT requirements as per market industry.
- Should have good experience in ATS (Application Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.
- Maintaining Database of both Candidate and Client as per requirements.
- Should have experience in posting jobs in LinkedIn/ Other Job boards.
- Sound knowledge in Google Sheets Google Forms Excel and Outlook .
- Good Communication Skills and Negotiation/Convincing Skills.
- Good Experience into working on Boolean Search /Naukri Keyword Search as per client requirements.
- Able to find the right candidate for that particular role filtering candidates while screening process.
- Good to have working for Product and Service base companies and other clients.
- Should be comfortable to work on Saturdays.
