Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity & needs (for our services and product)
Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, videos) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
Managing a good volume of daily social media posts - including interacting with the right audience and researching good content to post
Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events
Creating podcasts and conducting on-call interviews for blogs and social media
Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance
Use data to analyses whats working and not and make changes to content strategy accordingly
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on social media marketing efforts
Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
Staying up to date with emerging trends and best practices
Performing other duties when needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
At least 2 years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a start-up, or agency setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent people skills.
Should be skilled to work in a team environment as the role requires coordination with multiple team members.
Thorough understanding of social media management, strategy, & planning.
Experience with social media analytics and improvisation on the basis of same.
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
