Title: Manager, Human Resources (HR)
Role Overview: As the Manager of Human Resources (HR) at OMK Advisors, you play a pivotal role in supporting the company's diverse portfolio encompassing investment banking, corporate fundraising, and retail loan distribution. Reporting directly to the Founder and Director, you are responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Lead the recruitment efforts across all business segments, including investment banking, corporate fundraising, and retail loan distribution. Work closely with business heads to identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing any HR-related concerns or conflicts. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues and implementing development plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for employee development across various business functions. Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies, aligning with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Stay abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's practices remain up-to-date and compliant.
- Workforce Planning and Succession Management: Collaborate with senior management to develop workforce plans and succession strategies to support the company's long-term growth and sustainability. Identify key talent and potential successors for critical roles within the organization.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to track key metrics related to recruitment, retention, turnover, and employee engagement. Prepare regular reports and insights for senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management roles, ideally within the financial services industry, with exposure to investment banking and corporate finance environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Collaborative and adaptable team player with a customer-focused mindset.
