Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Campaign Management.
This exciting role supports the Campaign Operations team and activities related to campaign set-up for a regional bank in the United States. The candidate should have an experience of minimum relevant years' experience in Marketing Campaign management domain and be ready to take on independent campaign design and execution responsibilities. He / She should have flare to learn Campaign Management tools like UNICA, SAS, Oracle, SQL/ MS Office products.
Responsibilities
· Lead and develop a team of campaign execution process
· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
· Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction
· Excellent knowledge of the Campaign Management ecosystem in a Banking domain
· Having good understanding of Data and Data Insights
· Excellent/hands-on knowledge of UNICA Campaign & SQL or SAS and, UNIX shell scripting
· Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist
· Ability to articulate communications with the customer
· Time management skills
· Any Graduate
· Ability to interaction with multiple stakeholders
· Good hands-on experience in UNICA campaign & SQL queries
· Technical Know-how of Python, SAS
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Knowledge of other Adobe Marketing stack
· Working knowledge of UNIX basic commands
· Working knowledge of Python
· Have worked in a Banking and Finance domain
· Six sigma certified
