Bharti Airtel delivers and manages state of the art Products and Services from its Unified NOC (UNOC) and constantly drives Digital Transformation initiatives to modernize the way we work and manage these services. This role shall lead & manage a team across multiple disciplines in Service Assurance and Service Fulfilment for Telecom NOC processes in building the 'To Be' process framework and automation initiative to truly digitize the end user experience.
Role Description:
- Play a lead role and work with internal stakeholders and SI Partner to develop, design & Implement processes in various systems
- Hands on experience in implementing eTOM, ITIL, Devops and other telecom specific business process framework
- Hands on experience in implementing RPA and intelligent automation stacks - AI, APIs, Python, Java, UI/UX, other new age technologies
- Develop 'Best Practices' for digital process transformation and deliver through one or more SI partners
- Work with stakeholders to understand the current pain points and solve them through cross functional engagements.
- Be able to Benchmark the Processes and design to deliver Prime Value to stakeholders
- Develop and deliver (self/through team) process training to business teams.
- Be able to place mechanisms in place to keep the Processes always relevant to business and effectively administrate 'change management' discipline across functions to maintain the right balance.
- Be able to monitor, manage and report 'data quality' and 'data integrity' using well laid statistical methods and tools.
- Should be fully familiar with L2C (Lead to Cash) and Trouble to Restore (T2R) cycle processes in a B2B and/or B2C Telecom company or in Managed Services.
- Should have played the role of a key process champion in a digital transformation project.
- Familiar with BPM and Enterprise Architecture tools
- Exposure to Digital Maturity Models would be an advantage

Key expectations:
- Design and Implement Service Fulfilment & Assurance processes
based on ITIL, eTOM, DevOps and other frameworks for NOC functions. - Perform Process discovery (AS-IS Analysis), Gap analysis, and To-Be design across process like Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Release & Deployment, Knowledge, Performance, Service Quality, Business relationship Management, Asset Management, SLA Management, Supplier Management, Demand Management, Capacity Management, etc.
- Use Business Analysis tools and techniques to interface with stakeholders/operations team to understand the requirement, analyze it, design the logic/solution, Prepare BRS/FRS, Coordinate with System Integrators for development, Perform and execute test cases to ensure requirement/solution is developed according to requirement, prepare user guide, impart training on the new features/functionalities developed, handover to operations team for BAU.
- Ensure complete implementation & testing of processes in Service Management tools like Remedy, HP SM, Service Now, etc & service fulfilment systems like Oracle OSM (Order Management), Workforce Management System, Robotic Process Automation and various Orchestration platforms.
- Experience working on Business case, Cost benefit analysis, effort/ManDays estimation.
- Digital & Innovation - Identify latest market trends in tools, systems and techniques for Automating NOC Processes by attending various forums and further conceptualize and perform PoC for system onboarding.
- Responsible for system readiness while onboarding new functions and services in NOC
- Completely own and drive Transformation/Transition programs
- Process audit in coordination with various process owners/function heads
- Identifies and provides recommendations for continuous process/service improvement (CSI) through automation, eliminating non value adding processes/steps, etc.
- Ensure training and awareness of tool usage to NOC functions
- Manage and lead Audits - ISO 27000, ISO 20000, TL 9000, SOX, etc.
- Gain agreement and commitment from others to support and implement processes.
- Organize and multi-task sufficiently to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effectively gather all relevant information, identify relationships, draw logical conclusions and interpret results for use in decision-making
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Articulate ideas and recommendations - written and verbal
Experience:
- The candidate is expected to have 12-16 years of experience in various capacities , preferably in a similar TELCO/OEMs/System Integrators in Telecom NOC Process Design,
Implementation & Operations based on ITIL, eTOM, DevOps
- Hands on experience in using/developing one of more of NGOSS suite of tools like Netcool, HP TeMIP, Service Management System like HP-SM/Remedy/Service Now, Service Fulfillment Systems like Oracle OSM/ Clarity, Work Force Management System like Click, Oracle, etc..Service Orchestration/Automation platforms, Robotic Process Automation (like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
- Knowledge of one or more of the following technology domains - IP, Transmission, Enterprise B2B, Radio(2G/3G/4G), Packet Core, Switch Core, IMS, VoLTE, etc..
- Education:
- B.E (Electronics & Telecommunication)
- MBA (Telecom/Systems/IT - Preferred)
Certifications/Trainings:
- ITIL (Intermediate/Expert)
- eTOM, CBAP, PMP, DevOps, Agile/Scrum
