Embarking on a journey to shape the future of sustainable cold supply chains, Indicold introduces India's inaugural frozen automated (ASRS) rack clad warehouse in Gujarat, boasting over 7000 pallets within a single chamber. This groundbreaking project is poised to redefine perceptions of 3PL to 5PL logistics in India, inspiring industry players to pivot towards automation. Indicold is excited to spearhead this transformative revolution in the logistics landscape. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler / Revit Expert at INDICOLD located in Gurugram. As a BIM Modeler / Revit Expert, you will be responsible for daily tasks such as creating and managing building information models, collaborating with architects and engineers, and producing accurate construction drawings. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our cold storage projects. Qualifications Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Revit skills Experience in architecture and modeler roles, an additional experience in warehouse automation will be a plus. Proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) coordination Ability to create accurate construction drawings Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in the construction industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fieldJob tags
