Job description
- Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing team and deliver marketing campaign strategy and support across India, Southeast Asia, Australia and other markets
- Based in Mumbai, the successful candidate will be a digitally savvy self-starter who has solid experience in external marketing and communications, with the ability to drive both internal employee engagement and external brand awareness
- The role demands a results-focused manager with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering effective projects on time and on budget
Key duties and responsibilities
- Serve as strong representative of Marketing by ensuring top level client service delivery and applying Global Marketing best practices and processes
- Devise and deliver end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly digital, using data-driven insights
- Manage multiple senior stakeholders, building consensus and operating as a trusted adviser on high level strategic marketing execution
- Roll out relevant campaigns, tailoring to the local market and key clients as needed
- Collaborate with A&M s network of agencies on strategies and initiatives to improve process and ensure top quality output
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting on an ongoing basis and extract key insights for future campaign development; testing, refining and making recommendations on strategy and tactics
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of our marketing activity and adjust plans accordingly
- Amplify marketing initiatives and campaigns internally
- Help build the A&M brand through a consistent approach and messaging with all marketing, pitch and communications materials
- Support on overall corporate marketing initiatives including development of collateral and major events
Candidate should have strong experience in the following
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
- B2B marketing with exposure in professional services (legal, accounting or consulting background an advantage)
- Digital advertising, SEM, organic social, email and website management
- Experience working professionally with Salesforce, Pardot/Acct Engagement or Drupal, a plus
- End-to end project management involving multiple senior stakeholders
- Communicating to a variety of audiences and influencing, decision making and problem solving
- Working with agencies across the marketing mix
