Purpose of job:

The Performance Marketing Executive / Manager is a key role responsible for driving the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. The primary purpose of this role is to lead and implement strategies across various digital channels to maximize the company's online presence, customer acquisition, and overall performance metrics. The Performance Marketing Executive / Manager will leverage data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness, ROI, and contribute to the growth of the business

Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

Digital Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals Identify and prioritize key digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing

Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, creative development, targeting, and scheduling Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution

Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyse campaign performance data, draw actionable insights, and implement optimization strategies to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) Utilize A/B testing and other techniques to refine campaigns and enhance overall performance

Budget Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment Provide regular budget updates and forecasts to stakeholders

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize landing pages and creative assets for improved conversion rates. Implement A/B testing to refine and enhance the user journey

Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Utilize analytics tools to monitor key metrics and KPIs

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies Implement best practices and innovative approaches to stay ahead in the competitive landscape
