A leading OEM & DM suppliers for Perfumes, Deodorants, roll ons and Cosmetics in Pirangut Pune is looking for a suitable candidates from personal care/FMCG/Food Manufacturing to run their Manufacturing Plant/Factory.
Exp: 15 - 20 Years Salary Commensurate with experience upto 20 LPA working 6 days week. Educational Qualification : Master/ Bachelor Degree in Sci/ Engg. Roles And Responsibilities: Production Operation - Key Function handled across tenures Handle Production of various Product like Cream, Liquid, Oil, fair & handsome cream, Perfumes, aerosol & colour cosmetics.Manage various type of machineries to produce the above types of products effectively.Managing minimum 1000 workforce apart from 100 nos. of staff, executive to mangers.Maintaining regularly all the statutory requirements like license, permits from various Govt. agencies.Co-ordinated with various dept. like FDA, licensing for scaling up new products Roles And Responsibilities: QA Managements Knowledge of testing various types, formulation & materials using instrumental and chemical methods.Developed improve specification manual incorporating the latest changes as well as requirements from the manufacturer end.Stream line the various packing materials.Implemented various online checking procedures, quality as well suppliers end and improve quality Roles And Responsibilities: Project Managements Effectively participated and coordinated for machine installation & initial start up.The latest new manufacturing project also executed new machineries.Perfumes Manufacturing experience. Roles And Responsibilities: Administrative Management & Significant Accomplishment. Manage the factory as per Factory Acts.Handle the unit transition.Perfectly manage the scaling up batch production.Made new newly set up form perfumes (Mixing set up)Effectively utilized the labour force to get the labour efficiency.Cost saving activity.Continues improvement process.
