Position Name: Java Developer Experience Required: 4 -9 years Work Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days only Max CTC: (Years of experience * 3)

Job Description:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement backend services that integrate with external systems and meet technical specifications. Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework. Translate high-level designs into low-level designs and create API Swaggers. Provide clarifications to other developers as needed. Implement API using contract-first development principles to ensure seamless integration with external partners and systems. Design and manage data storage solutions using MongoDB and Redis for efficient data handling and retrieval. Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.

Skills Required:

4-9 years of hands-on development experience with 1-2 years of leading the developers. Proven experience as a Cloud Software Engineer. Mastery in Java and the Spring Boot framework, microservices, REST APIs, event-based architectures, and experience with message bus technologies (e.g., Kafka, AMQP). Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework. Extensive knowledge of API and contract-first development principles. Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus. Knowledge of the automotive industry and related technologies is a bonus.
