Job Description: Job Summary: This position will monitor the throughput of document data into client systems, perform data validation tasks, and data entry when required. The position will operate in a team environment to ensure data is properly extracted from submitted documents, is properly coded, and passes validation checks into client systems. This position will eventually be monitoring the work of other associates responsible for throughput of document data into client systems.
Qualifications: - Associates or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 4+ year of data entry experience and data management skills
- Accounting experience a plus
- Understanding of financial statement structure a plus
- Strong communication and client service orientation required
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed
- Proficient typing skills
- Proficient in Excel
