Job description
POSITION:
Regional Sales Manager - 3 nos (North West and South) reporting to the COO.
LOCATION(S):
Delhi Indore Chennai and bangalore - 1 in each.
PRODUCT TO BE SOLD:
Advanced Laser Cutting & Welding Machines (3Axis 5 Axis Robotic etc)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5-7 years in large value sales preferably in Industrial products
REMUNERATION:
Rs. 11-13 lakhs per annum (excluding incentives travel and other reimbursements)
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Business Management Degree / Diploma. Preferably with an Engineering / Technical background.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front-end direct sales including Identifying Prospecting Qualifying and Closing deals and collecting payments - in their respective regions. Work involves travel within the respective territory. Candidates should have their own vehicles for local travel (expenses will be reimbursed).
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Selling Negotiation Communication Presentation Persuasion Objectiveness Problem Solving. The understanding of the laser cutting industry and of the manufacturing industry in general will be an advantage.
LANGUAGES KNOWN:
English Hindi and the local language(s)
