About Triomics Triomics is building the modern technology stack for clinical trial sites and investigators that unifies the workflows of clinical care and clinical research, moving the healthcare industry closer to the vision of Clinical Research as a Care Option. Our platform, which is based on our proprietary oncology-focused large language model (OncoLLM) co-developed with several leading cancer centers, eliminates the operational inefficiencies in data collection, patient recruitment, and other laborious tasks involved in clinical research, thus enabling the generation of high-quality data and speeding up the clinical trials. We seek a strategic and results-driven Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR operations and Talent Acquisition in India. The Senior HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's objectives and promote a positive work culture. The successful candidate will be vital in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning: ● Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives. ● Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals. ● Drive workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning. ● Talent Acquisition and Management. ● Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent. ● Develop and execute effective onboarding programs for new hires. ● Implement performance management systems to enhance employee development and engagement. ● Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs. ● Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. ● Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, trends, and insights to inform strategic planning.

Employee Relations and Engagement: ● Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. ● Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively. ● Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity. ● Design and implement wellness programs to promote employees' physical and mental well-being. ● Establish mechanisms for gathering and analyzing employee feedback. ● Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.

Learning and Development: ● Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills. ● Support the professional growth and development of employees. ● Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

HR Branding and Reputation: ● Build and promote a positive HR brand internally and externally. ● Contribute to the company's employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. ● Conduct market research to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

Must have Qualifications: ● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field ● Proven experience as an HR leader, with at least 4 years experience. ● Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization. ● Demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives that contribute to business success.
