Job description

Job Role  Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers  Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped  Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition  Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees  Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions  Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.  Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products  Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process’ as laid down from time to time  Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank

Job Requirements  Strong Business Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with focus on Service.  Self-starter and energetic individual  Sales focus in achieving defined targets  Good communication and problem-solving skills  Candidate should be confident & and a team player  Adhere to KYC, service quality and audit norms laid down as per Bank policy  Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience (in Corporate/Institutional Sales preferred)
