Technical Qualification:

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, PPT, Excel

· Basic knowledge of Design software- AutoCad, Solid works

 

· Basic knowledge of Mathematical concepts

 

· Basic knowledge of Engineering concepts

PRIMARY AND MANDATORY TASKS

A. Designing

 

· Interpret client requirements, identify and address design parameters and engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and in budget.

 

· Create and finalize designs to meet project requirements

 

· Conduct trials in case design modification before finalising

 

B. Project Management

 

· Maintain project documents, specifications, etc. for all projects in progress. Ensure most updated set is always available

 

· Manage project document changes and ensure timely response for cost/schedule impacts

 

· Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying and establishing corrective actions

 

· Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, procurement, installation, commissioning and final buy-off phases

 

· Create accurate Bill of Materials

 

· Analyse project requirements and perform technical calculations

 

· Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment

 

· Create a construction manual for each project

 

· Site visits

 

C. Supervise the container while loading

 

SECONDARY AND SUPPORTING TASKS

A. Coordinating with customer

 

· Inform the Consultant/Client of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant's design drawings

 

· Sending customer documentation

 

o Shipment plan

 

o Packing list

 

o Photo Album

 

o Construction manual, Film covering plan, Special drawings

 

o Construction photos and Videos

 

o Counting reports

 

· Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients

 

B. Coordinating with other Departments

 

· Support sales team in pre-sales technical concept and budgeting activities

 

· Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project

 

C. Reports and Documentation

 

· Documentation for excise

 

· Make internal report
