May act as a lead or mentor to more junior administrative support personnel
Executive Administration
Provides administrative support for one or more of the organizations executives in raising Purchase Orders including all the work associated with tracking and receipting, matching invoices, etc
Manages the executives schedules and make travel arrangements
Facilitates in-person, phone, and email communications between the executive and internal colleagues as well as external parties
Handles confidential information and maintain the security of the executives records and files
Assists in preparation and editing of presentation materials, executive level summaries, and more complex correspondence
Office Management
Manage the administrative activities of a department or suborganization
Manage the day-to-day operations including office supplies, administrative assistance, mail and messenger services, facilities, records management, etc
Requirements
Degree in Bachelor of Commerce or Arts
May require vocational training or certification
May require local language plus English
10-12+ years of related experience with at least 3 years in procurement.
