We are looking for a responsible Administrative / Executive Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks
Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to Operations Director, Employees, Engagement Team and Senior Managing group, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company s general administrative activities
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Schedules meetings for the operations Director and calendar management.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
Ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support
Respond to questions and requests for information.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work in a timely manner.
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent education required.
4 - 5 years of administrative/executive assistant experience.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned occasionally, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
