Alstom Group Tender and Project Office is hiring a Learning Certification Support at Global level. In this role, you will s upport global external certification program for project and bid community with yearly intake of new candidates .

You will be responsible for:

• Review candidates interested in certification program and apply screening selection for proper nominations
• Review individual application submission dossiers for completeness and main certification criteria fulfillment
• Update certification digital paths with activities to be performed, session dates etc. and user group management
• Report on certification and candidate progress and monitor KPIs
• Organize and coordinate in person interviews throughout internal exam centers in each region by liaising with regional talent management/local HR
• Organize briefing sessions and workshops in virtual metaverse environment
• Ensure proper timeline of training deployment plan to accompany certification program
• Apply continuous improvement initiatives to ensure qualitative certification program
• Provide efficient communication to candidates on results, next steps etc.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives for all certification programs whether internal or external to Alstom

In addition, you will:

• Be part of a team impacting Alstom's Projects and Bids at global scale
• Develop a multicultural mindset by interacting with teams located across the global the world
• Develop yourself in problem solving and simplification

Your profile:

• Business Master's degree
• Strong experience in Program management for large quantity of candidates
• Strong experience in highly experienced candidate management
• Previous experience in global company certification/training deployment program with external provider
• Strong communication experience with other global corporations
• Team management experience
• Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment
• French language is highly desirable as external supplier is based in France and strategic meetings are with French speaking customers
• Multi-Tasking in project mode on multiple projects at once
• Advanced communication skills with candidates and all levels of the organization internally or externally

• Technical competences regarding digital learning and communication tools and Alstom university toolbox is a big asset: MS Sharepoint, Bealink, Alstom LXP Platform, reporting tools such as Qliksense, Komodal-Meaverse, Klaxoon
