Job description

Centre Head(female only) needed in a preschool at Sion Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

• She will be responsible for driving the revenue growth as well as brining in operational efficiencies in the Centre.
• Converting Inquiry into admissions
• Implementing Outdoor Marketing Campaign in their territory
• Should participate in Lead Generation activities by way of creating Events Road Shows and incenter activity.
• Staff Retention
• Comfortable with the given KRA s / New Strategies Parent Engagement
• Academic Implementation
• Visiting existing parents for child s development Revenue Maximization
• Sales
